"Looks just like the pictures"

"Fit just as I hoped"
I ordered a pair of trainers from Surfdome the sizing was exactly what I was hoping for. I was half expecting them to come up a bit small because I’ve had that happen with other sites, but these fit perfectly. No hassle with returns or swapping sizes, so I’m really happy with them.

I sent something back to Surfdome and thought I’d be waiting around for the refund, waiting and waiting, but it ended up being much quicker than I expected.
The refund email came through not long after they received the return, and the money was back in my account soon after that. No chasing, no hassle, no annoying back and forth, which I really appreciated.

"Good brands, but I felt uneasy after paying"
They’ve got loads of brands I actually like, and I found my usual surf stuff easily. The shopping part was fine, but after I paid I started feeling a bit unsure since there wasn’t much reassurance or clear updates right away.

"Packaging could definitely be better"
I ordered from surfdome and, to be fair, the item did arrive in one piece. The packaging wasn’t great though — the box was a bit squashed and there wasn’t much padding inside, so I was a little nervous opening it. Luckily nothing was damaged this time, but it doesn’t give me loads of confidence for future orders. Delivery was fine overall, but they really need to pack items more carefully. If this happened again, I’d probably think twice about ordering from them.

I’ve found a few decent prices here, and at first I was happy about it. But then I’d see other items that still felt way too expensive, and it kind of took the excitement out of shopping. It’s not bad overall, just not always the bargain I’m hoping for.

I’ve ordered from Surfdome a few times now and, to be fair, the delivery has been spot on every time. I was feeling a bit pressured waiting for one order because I needed it by a certain day, but the tracking was clear and it turned up exactly when expected.
